Bio
William (Bill) Smittcamp is president and CEO of Wawona Frozen Foods. Founded in 1963 Wawona Frozen Foods is a family-owned multi-generational company that grows, processes, and supplies frozen fruit products worldwide. Under Smittcamp’s leadership, Wawona has grown to be the largest frozen freestone peach processor in the nation, processing over 75 million pounds of peaches along with 20 million pounds of strawberries and other fruits
Mitch Karraker is a native of Clovis, California, and currently serves as the head baseball coach at Fresno City College. Karraker played collegiately at Fresno City College before transferring to the University of Oregon, where he spent three years as a catcher from 2009-2011.
